No refund on government/state filing fees — these are paid directly to the government and cannot be recovered.
No refund once documents have been filed with government agencies.
Registered agent renewals are non-refundable once the renewal period has started.
MP Partner is committed to providing excellent service. We understand that circumstances change, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution. Our refund policy varies by service type and stage of completion.
Before processing begins (within 24 hours of order): Full refund of MP Partner service fees. State/government filing fees are non-refundable if already submitted.
During processing (after work has started, before government submission): 50% refund of MP Partner service fees. State/government fees are non-refundable.
After government submission: No refund. Once documents have been filed with the Secretary of State, Companies House, or any government agency, the service is considered complete.
State filing fees: We pass government fees through at cost. If a filing is rejected by the state due to our error, we will refile at no additional charge or provide a full refund of the state fee. If a filing is rejected due to client error or inaccurate information, state fees are non-refundable.
If the IRS rejects your EIN application due to an error on our part, we will refile at no charge. EIN applications rejected due to inaccurate client information are non-refundable. Once an EIN is issued, the service is complete and non-refundable.
Refunds are available only before work has commenced (within 48 hours of order, before documents have been requested from you). Once we begin preparing your forms, no refund is available as significant professional time has been invested.
If the IRS rejects a filing due to our error, we will correct and refile at no charge.
Refunds available before submission to FinCEN. Once filed, the service is complete and non-refundable.
Annual fee ($90/year): If you cancel within 30 days of initial signup and have not received any legal mail through our address, you may request a prorated refund.
Renewal fee: Non-refundable once the renewal period has commenced. We send renewal reminders 30 days in advance — please cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
Switching providers: If you switch to a different registered agent, we will transfer your registered agent status at no charge. No refund is provided for the remaining period.
Refundable before we begin preparing the report. Once the state annual report has been filed, the service is complete and non-refundable.
To request a refund:
We will review your request within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We will always work with you to resolve disputes fairly and quickly.
In exceptional circumstances (serious illness, natural disaster, etc.), we may offer refunds or credits outside of this policy at our sole discretion. Please contact us and explain your situation.
